A 2U Study was born from our experience as Brazilians who live on an exchange day and with the aim of transforming people's lives through exchange in Australia.

Our Founders
Paolla Machado
Paolla Rodrigues Moreira Machado, CEO of 2U Study, came to Australia in 2017 with the aim of improving her English. Already in her first few months living in the land of the kangaroos, she was certain that Australia would become her permanent home. As a former exchange student, Paolla gained a deep understanding of students' needs, experiencing first-hand the routine of international students.
In 2017, she began sharing her daily routine as an Australian exchange student on YouTube and Instagram, helping many people to start their plans for a life abroad.
Throughout her journey in Australia, Paolla has also studied gastronomy and digital marketing, worked in various sectors, including hospitality, retail and exchange, participated in projects aimed at Brazilians and established partnerships with agencies.
In 2022, Paolla became a Study Australia Experience ambassador, promoting the Australian government's educational initiatives in South American countries.
Finally, in January 2023, she took a significant step forward by founding "2U Study", with the aim of making a difference by offering genuine support to Brazilians and international students, helping them to make the best decisions for their lives abroad.
Alan Noce
Alan's journey to Australia is an inspiring example of the saying "it's never too late to start again". Over the course of a 32-year career, he has worked in a variety of fields, including entertainment, music, design, real estate and customer service, but none of them seemed to be his true calling. He felt that something was missing and wondered if he was destined for something different.
One day, Alan decided to make a change and plan a life abroad, initially considering Portugal. However, during his research, he discovered the many benefits of living in Australia, leading him to reconsider his destination. When he arrived in Sydney, he quickly realized that this would be his new home: "Everything flows; everything moves.
The work isn't easy, but his efforts are visibly recognized." Since then, Alan has dedicated himself to helping others achieve a more dignified and just life, inspired by the mobility and opportunities offered by Australia.
Through his experiences, Alan has learned that it's never too late to pursue your dreams and that sometimes it's necessary to try new things and explore unknown places to discover where you really belong.
